ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product and the current pandemic ( COVID-19) we will not be accepting returns. Extension and hair care items cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer.

Returns are only accepted in the event that you have received the wrong item.

 

All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom & Hair Products

All custom branding items including oil and hair products (due to sanitation purposes), printed and digital are non-refundable.

Shipping

Note that purchases over $200 must be verified with proper customer’s identification before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions.

Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

We offer multiple shipping options:  Standard shipping 5-7 Business days, 2–5  Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping. 

Delivery times are based on the distance from our warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.

Insurance:

 Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control.
